潍坊市滨海经济技术开发区第一初级中学,建校时间不长,硬件也并不突出,没有从外地引入一名名师,然而这些年取得的成绩是有目共睹的,已经跻身潍坊市创新教育和个性发展“双50强”学校之列。总结经验,滨海一中的领导班子认为:成绩的取得,与学校有一支自强不息、勇于学习、乐于奉献的教师队伍密切相关。从2008开始,学校在提升教师素质、完善培养体系、创新评价机制等方面上做了不懈努力,走出了一条独具特色的教师发展之路。
