为探讨血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是否参与运动改善高血压性心肌肥大机制,采用免疫组化和分子杂交方法,研究了自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)游泳运动后心肌细胞VGEF及其基因表达的改变。免疫组化结果表明,SHR经10周游泳后,心肌细胞浆内VEGF特异染色颗粒比安静SHR明显增多。Northem分子杂交结果表明,SHR运动后心肌VEGF mRNA表达比安静SHR降低。目前对这一结果的生理意义还不清楚,推测可能与改善高血压肥大心肌间质血管增生机制有关。
To investigate whether vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is involved in exercise to improve hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy, spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) swimming were studied by immunohistochemistry and molecular hybridization Changes of VGEF and its gene expression in cardiomyocytes after exercise. Immunohistochemistry results showed that after 10 weeks of SHR swimming, VEGF-specific staining particles in myocardial cells were significantly increased than that of the resting SHR. The result of the hybridization of Northem showed that the expression of VEGF mRNA in myocardium decreased after SHR exercise. At present the physiological significance of this result is not clear, presumably may be related to hypertrophy and hypertrophy myocardial hypertrophy mechanism.
