针对薄壁结构振动,提出了一种主、被动杂交控制的新方式———可控约束层阻尼,利用压电片的逆压电效应控制约束阻尼层的运动,增加系统的阻尼.根据弹性、粘弹性、压电材料的本构关系,建立了具有可控约束阻尼层梁的控制微分方程.脉冲、正弦两种形式载荷的数值模拟表明,这种可控约束层阻尼对振动的抑制有较好的效果,且结构简单,易于实现.
Aiming at the vibration of thin-walled structures, a new method of active and passive hybrid control is proposed. The controllable constrained layer damping is used to control the movement of constrained damping layer and increase the damping of the system by using the inverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric sheet. According to the constitutive relations of elasticity, viscoelasticity and piezoelectric material, a governing differential equation with constrained constrained layer beams is established. The numerical simulations of the pulse and the sine load show that the damping of the controllable restraint layer has a good effect on suppressing the vibration, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
