从“水土”观点出发,假若硒参与克山病发病的“水土”因素,则病区居民硒的营养状况有可能受“水土”影响而处于较低水平。为了证实此一设想,我们首先选择了黑龙江、四川、陕西及北京等少数几个病区及非病区,测定其居民全血中硒的含量。此外,为了阐明血硒高低和发病的关系,又比较了病区发病人群与非发病人群血硒含量的差别。
From the “soil and water” point of view, if selenium participates in the “soil and water” factor of Keshan disease, the nutritional status of selenium in ward residents may be affected by “soil and water” at a low level. In order to confirm this hypothesis, we first selected a few wards and non-wards in Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Shaanxi and Beijing to determine the selenium content of their residents’ whole blood. In addition, in order to clarify the relationship between blood selenium levels and the incidence of disease, compared with the incidence of diseased and non-diseased populations selenium content difference.
