目的了解曼氏血吸虫的中间宿主藁杆双脐螺的生态水力学特性。方法采用排水体积法和沉降管法分别测定了双脐螺的密度和静水沉速。结果藁杆双脐螺的密度在1.04~1.16 g/cm~3之间,平均密度为1.08 g/cm3;其静水沉速在2.32~12.92 cm/s之间。结论藁杆双脐螺的生态水力学特性与钉螺有所不同,在研究采用水利措施防控藁杆双脐螺扩散中应考虑其特性。
Objective To understand the ecohydrodynamic characteristics of Schistosoma mansoni intermediate hosts. Methods The density and the hydrostatic settling velocity of Diurnal snails were determined by using the drainage volume method and settlement pipe method respectively. Results The results showed that the densities of S. obliquus varied from 1.04 to 1.16 g / cm 3 and the average density was 1.08 g / cm 3. The hydrostatic velocity was between 2.32 and 12.92 cm / s. Conclusion The ecophysiology and hydraulics characteristics of B. obliquus are different from those of Oncomelania hupensis, and its characteristics should be considered in the research on the prevention and control of the double umbilical snail.
