为较为准确、系统及客观地评价民航航线维修人员的安全保障能力,利用冰山模型、Reason模型和SHELL模型,确定民航航线维修人员能力素质以及影响能力发挥的因素的2大指标及相应的9个2级指标。采用结构方程模型(SEM)的方法建立民航航线维修人员安全保障能力模型,并收集200个有效样本数据进行模型检验。结果显示,所建立的民航航线维修人员安全保障能力模型与实际数据较为匹配。
In order to more accurately and systematically and objectively evaluate the safety and security capabilities of civil aviation route maintenance personnel, the iceberg model, the Reason model and the SHELL model were used to determine the two major indicators of the capability and quality of civil aviation route maintenance personnel and the factors that affect their ability to play and the corresponding nine Level 2 indicator. The structural safety model of civil aviation route maintainer was established by the method of structural equation modeling (SEM), and 200 valid samples were collected for model test. The results show that the established model of civil aviation route maintenance personnel safety assurance is more compatible with the actual data.
