本文以发生在中国石首的群体事件为例,以内容分析及话语分析相结合的方法,考察群体性事件中媒体信息传播与受众认知之间的互动关系。本文试图解决三个问题:(1)群体性事件,媒体报道什么?受众想知道什么?(2)针对媒体新闻报道,受众反应如何?媒体与受众对待事件及事件各方主体的态度有何异同?(3)从媒体叙事特色看群体性事件中媒体所扮演的角色。在此基础之上,参照西方媒体群体性事件报道实践,就我国媒体如何发挥好群体性事件中信息传播功能提出一些建议。
Taking the mass incidents in Shishou, China as an example, this paper examines the interaction between media information dissemination and audience cognition in mass incidents by means of content analysis and discourse analysis. This article tries to solve three problems: (1) mass incidents, what does the media report and what the audience want to know? (2) what is the audience response to the media news report? What are the similarities and differences between the attitude of the media and the audience about the subject and the subject? (3) The role played by the media in mass incidents in terms of media narrative features. On this basis, referring to the practice of mass media incident reporting in the western media, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to make the media in our country play an important role in the mass media.
