本文从语用学的研究角度，分析了英语学习者在英语言语交际中常出现的语用──语言失误和社交──语用失误以及造成这些失误的原因，同时对如何减少或避免这些失误提出了自己的看法。
From the perspective of pragmatics, this thesis analyzes the pragmatic features of English learners’ pragmatic failure in English verbal communication: language errors and social problems, pragmatic failures and the causes of these mistakes.
