目的 研究CT 仿真内镜的临床诊断价值。方法 通过导航技术对胆道系统(n = 15) ,胃部(n = 15) ,结肠(n = 5) 及膀胱(n= 3) 进行了仿真内镜的临床研究,并将研究结果与手术或内镜的结果进行比较。结果 螺旋CT仿真内镜可以无创性地清楚显示出所检查器官的内壁,可以直观地显示出正常和异常结构,所见与手术或内镜所见大致相似。结论 螺旋CT 仿真内镜可以作为一些疾病的无创性的检查方法。
Objective To study the value of CT virtual endoscopy in clinical diagnosis. Methods The clinical study of simulated endoscopy in biliary system (n = 15), stomach (n = 15), colon (n = 5) and bladder (n = 3) was performed by navigation technique. Endoscopic results were compared. Results The spiral computed tomography endoscopy was able to clearly show the insides of the examined organ noninvasively, showing the normal and abnormal structures intuitively, similar to those seen with surgery or endoscopy. Conclusion Spiral CT simulation endoscopy can be used as a noninvasive method of examination for some diseases.
