1.引言在法国罗讷河(River Rhone)东寨一蒙德雷岗(DONZERE—MONDRAGON)通航河道工程计划实施时期,与罗讷河相连的引水渠分为两支:即电站引水渠和航运渠道,见图1。在各个引渠上均设置装有闸门的坝,当大洪水时关闭闸门,以防止河水漫溢渠岸。原航道坝段设有两个45m 跨度的弧形闸门。考虑到由于过水断面缩窄,给航道造成的困难,以及为开发罗讷河低水头电站的需要,决定建设一个新的航道:有效通航宽度60m,在低水位时最小吃水深度5.25m,正常高水
1. INTRODUCTION During the implementation of DONZERE-MONDRAGON navigable channel project in the River Rhone, France, the diversion canal connected to the Rhone River was divided into two branches: the power station diversion channel and the shipping channel, see picture 1. In all drainage channels are equipped with a gate, when the flood shut off the gate to prevent the overflow of water river bank. The original fairway dam section with two 45m span of the arc gate. Considering the difficulties caused by the narrowing of the cross-over section, the navigation channel and the need to develop the Rhone Lower-head Station, a decision was taken to construct a new navigation channel of 60 m effective breadth and a minimum draft of 5.25 m at low water level, normal height water
