Triticale is a new crop that is artificially synthesized. There is no variety of resources in nature. The work of artificially making original strains plays an extremely important role in triticale breeding. Five species of rye are from the Chinese Communists. To date, octoploid triticale has been mainly made from cultivated rye in Secale cereale. It has been proved that these original strains synthesized from cultivated rye generally have severe shortcomings of poor seed set and seed fullness. In order to know the seed setting rate and seed fullness of triticale grown in other rye cultivars, the author cultivated 45 octagonal triticale cultivars synthesized in previous years for the study of the hybridization between wheat and rye from 1984 to 1986 , Bagging before flowering, measuring set at harvest
