目的研究曲霉菌2101发酵液中上调高密度脂蛋白受体表达的活性成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂对发酵液中活性成分进行吸附和分步洗脱,用制备高效液相色谱进行精制,紫外、红外、高分辨质谱和核磁共振进行波谱分析。结果分离得到一个纯化合物2101C。结论经波谱分析,2101C为一新结构的化合物脱氧新羟曲霉酸。
Objective To study the active ingredient of Aspergillus sp. 2101 fermentation broth which upregulates the expression of high density lipoprotein receptor. Methods The macroporous resin was used to adsorb and elute the active components in the fermentation broth. The fractions were purified by preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and analyzed by UV, IR, high resolution mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. As a result, pure compound 2101C was isolated. Conclusion According to spectral analysis, 2101C is a new structure of compound deoxyphosphates.
