在现代高性能飞机中,一方面利用厚壁材料经过机械切削加工制成整体结构部件,一方面利用高韧性材料进行破损容差设计。对以前飞机用的高强铝合金7075-T6厚板越发强烈要求提高短横向的性能:1)提高抗应力腐蚀性能;2)提高淬透性;3)提高断裂韧性。为了改善上述合金的抗应力腐蚀性能,研制了过时效处理T73状态,但采用这种处理却使强度指标明显下降,大约降低15~
