近来,在我们施工企业的施工班组中出现了一种令人深思的现象。由于个别施工班组管理不善,出现了经济效益“滑波”,越是经济效益差,职工们的积极性越是“提”不起来,职工的干劲越是“提”不起来,生产越是搞不上去的“恶性循环”现象。一些人混日子,消极怠工,热衷于搞第二职业,而无心干好本职工作。个别人员流露出心中无“盼头”,脑中无“想头”,身上无“干头”思想。这虽然是个别施工班组的个别施工人员,但也反映了一部分职工的实惠心理。笔者从施工企业内部状况的角度认为,当前影响职工积极性发挥的因素大致有以下方面:一是社会上普遍存在的因素,如:物价上涨过猛、社会分配不公,以权谋私,官倒现象等等。职工中流传着这样一句顺口溜:“苦于一辈子,不如乱倒一阵子;乱倒一阵子,又不如官倒一下子。”二是施工企业
Recently, there has been a thought-provoking phenomenon in the construction team of our construction company. Due to the poor management of individual construction teams, there has been a “sliding wave” in economic efficiency. The more economical they are, the more active the workers are, the less “improved” their employees are. The more the worker’s energy is “picked up,” the more productive it is. The “vicious cycle” phenomenon. Some people have been scolding their lives, being passive and obsessed with enthusiasm for a second career, and have no intention of doing their own job. Individuals revealed no “hope” in their hearts, no “thinking” in their heads, and no “dry-headed” thoughts. Although this is an individual construction team for individual construction teams, it also reflects the affordable psychology of some employees. From the perspective of the internal conditions of construction companies, the author believes that the factors that currently affect the enthusiasm of employees are roughly the following: First, factors that are commonly found in society, such as: excessively high prices, unfair distribution of society, abuse of power, corruption, and so on. Employees circulated such a jingle: “Bitter for a lifetime, it’s better to go in and out for a while; tossing down for a while, it’s not as good as a bureaucrat.” The second is the construction company.
