目的建立测定工作场所空气中三氯甲烷的热脱附-气相色谱联用检测方法。方法工作场所空气中的三氯甲烷用Air Toxics吸附管采样,用Pekin Elmer Tubo Matrix ATD-650热脱附仪脱附后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。方法研究按照《工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求进行实验室实验及模拟现场实验。结果该方法在0~300μl范围内呈线性关系,峰面积与含量的回归方程为Y=16.6 X+2.8;r=1.000;检出限为0.88μg,当采样体积为4.5 L时最低检出浓度为0.20 mg/m3;方法的重现性较好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为3.14%~6,15%,解吸效率为103.0%~83.7%,采样效率为100%。样品在Air Toxics吸附管中可稳定保存3 d。结论该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中三氯甲烷的监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chloroform in workplace air by thermal desorption - gas chromatography combined detection method. Methods Trocarbon in the workplace air was sampled using an Air Toxics tube, desorbed on a Pekin Elmer Tubo Matrix ATD-650 thermal desorber, and then injected through a capillary column for detection by a hydrogen flame ionization detector to retain Time qualitative, peak area quantitative. Methodology The laboratory experiments and simulated field experiments were conducted in accordance with the requirements of the “Methods for the determination of chemical substances in the air at workplaces”. Results The method was linear in the range of 0-300μl. The regression equation of the peak area and content was Y = 16.6 X +2.8; r = 1.000; the detection limit was 0.88μg. When the sample volume was 4.5 L, the lowest detection concentration 0.20 mg / m3. The reproducibility of the method was good. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of different concentrations were 3.14% -6.15%, the desorption efficiencies were 103.0% -83.7%, and the sampling efficiency was 100%. Samples were stored stably for 3 days in Air Toxics tubes. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It is suitable for the monitoring of trichloromethane in the air of workplace.
