新一轮数学课程改革从理念、内容到实施,都有较大变化。要实现数学课程改革目标,教师是关键。教学中教师应充分了解学生的学情:包括他们的成绩,学习的能力,接受知识的快慢差异情况,甚至包含家庭环境等。尊重学生的学情,采用有效的教学方式,在数学学习和解决实际问题的过程中,激发学生对数学学习的兴趣,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯,形成积极探索的态度,不断提高学生运用知识的能力,以促进学生的全面发展。学生是课堂的主体,培养自主意识、合作意识、独立探究意识,才能将数学有效课堂进行到底。在这里,我们结合实例从以下几个方面来探讨在新课程背景下数学教师应如何进行有效教学,目的是为数学教师教学提供参考依据。
The new round of mathematics curriculum reform from the concept, content to implement, have great changes. To achieve the goal of mathematics curriculum reform, teachers are the key. Teaching teachers should fully understand the students’ learning: including their grades, ability to learn, accept the difference between the speed of knowledge, and even include the family environment. Respect students ’learning situation and adopt effective teaching methods. In the process of mathematics learning and solving practical problems, students should be encouraged to develop their interest in maths learning, to help students to develop good study habits, to form positive exploration attitude and to improve students’ use Knowledge of ability to promote the all-round development of students. Students are the main body of the classroom, training self-awareness, sense of cooperation, independent exploration of consciousness, in order to carry out the effective mathematics in the end. Here, we combine examples to explore the following aspects of mathematics teachers in the context of the new curriculum should be effective teaching, the purpose is to provide a reference for teaching mathematics teachers.
