目前,许多单位在开展生产经营工作时,职工的工作积极性和主观能动性没有得到充分的发挥,主要的一个原因就是考核机制不完善。要想真正发挥职工的聪明才智,必须首先在考核制度上下功夫,只有这样,才能确保生产经营工作的顺利开展。绩效管理作为一种行之有效的管理方法,被各个行业、不同类型的企业广泛应用。但是在实施绩效管理的过程中,也存在绩效考核重制度轻运行,考核指标体系不尽完善,考核结果应用手段单一等问题。因此,如何有效推行绩效管理工作是我们当前人力资源管理工作的重要问题。

One of the main reasons is that the assessment mechanism is not perfect. In order to truly exert the talents of staff and workers, we must first work hard on the examination system, and only in this way can we ensure that the production and operation work is carried out smoothly. As an effective management method, performance management is widely used in various industries and different types of enterprises. However, in the process of implementing performance management, there are some problems such as the light performance of performance appraisal system, the imperfect index system and the single application of appraisal results. Therefore, how to effectively implement performance management is an important issue for our current HR management.
