说起饼,北方人家的主妇谁都会做出它几样,就算年青一代不屑于稀面缠手,更懒得火前熏烤,那遍布超市的面档和街边的饼摊也随处可见:家常饼、发面饼、油酥饼、葱花饼、烧饼、肉馅饼、素馅饼,上海的萝卜绿饼、黄桥烧饼,还有那据说是山东的状元饼,进口多年的意大利匹萨饼……京城的饼食家族可谓庞大,殊不知何时又挤进了一个新成员——印度甩饼。
