为验证内浮顶式储油罐抗震设计的可靠性,我们对1000m~3及2000m~3内浮顶式储油罐的动力特性进行了实物试验研究。试验油罐如图1所示,油罐由平底、圆柱形筒身和球表面壳式振动,激振器放置在油罐球形拱顶中央。传感器采用701磁电式拾振器。试验时采用稳态激振方式,先从低频向高频,然后由高频向低频扫频,测出各点的位移幅频曲线。选择受油罐附件
In order to verify the reliability of the seismic design of the inner floating roof storage tank, we carried out a physical test study on the dynamic characteristics of the 1000m~3 and 2000m~3 floating roof storage tanks. The test tank is shown in Fig. 1. The tank consists of a flat bottom, a cylindrical body and a shell surface. The exciter is placed in the center of the spherical dome of the tank. The sensor uses a 701 magnetic shock absorber. During the test, the steady-state excitation method was adopted. From the low frequency to the high frequency, and then from the high frequency to the low frequency, the displacement amplitude and frequency curves of each point were measured.
