通过对自然感染白僵病的松毛虫僵虫分离纯化,选育出39个原菌株,进行紫外诱变后,筛选出15个优势菌株。室内外毒力测定结果,普白(PB)3和普白(PB)9 2个菌株毒力显著,室内测试施药后15d的感病率分别为89.2%和88.7%;林间防后15 d普白3和普白9的致死率分别为84.1%和81.4%。
By isolating and purifying spontaneously infected white pine stiff pine caterpillars, 39 original strains were bred and mutagenized by UV, 15 dominant strains were screened out. The indoor and outdoor virulence test results showed that the virulence of 9 strains of PB and PB were significant. The susceptible rate of 15 days after indoor testing was 89.2% and 88.7% respectively. After intercrop 15 d Pu Bai 3 and Pu Bai 9 mortality were 84.1% and 81.4%.
