近年来我国农村职业技术教育发展迅猛,取得可喜成绩,但也确实存在不少的困难和问题。随着党和政府对深化改革的要求,根据自己在职业中学工作实践的感受和体会,提出几点建议如下:第一、在人事管理上,上级主管部门可以适当下放管理权限,让职业中学实施岗位责任制。岗位责任制根据工作需要设置岗位,制定目标,明确责、权、利,实行责权利相结合的科学管理制度。
