[现状]目前城乡之间义务教育阶段学校在师资配备方面,仍存在较大差距,突出表现在农村学校教师中学科带头人少、高级职称教师少、学科教师不配套等。促进教育均衡发展,必须合理、均衡配置教师资源,有效遏制优质教师资源大量向城镇学校、重点学校流动的势头,切实解决农村学校、薄弱学校教师资源短缺、结构欠合理的问题。
[Status quo] At present, there is still a long way to go to teachers in compulsory education at urban and rural levels. Outstanding performance is reflected in the low number of academic leaders in rural schools, the small number of teachers with senior professional titles, and the unavailability of academic teachers. To promote the balanced development of education, we must rationally and equitably allocate teachers resources so as to effectively curb the flow of high-quality teachers’ resources to urban schools and key schools so as to effectively solve the problems of shortage of resources and structures in rural schools and weak schools.
