1984年在雾室条件下,运用综合因子对比,泥炭合成基质(泥炭+黄泥+河沙并加入磷矿粉、硝磷)与习惯基质(黄泥+河沙)扦插铃钟茶试验,结果表明,使山茶发根率和愈伤组织形成率从36%提高到72%。露地对比结果表明,泥炭复合培养基比塘泥、花生麸栽培三年生铃钟茶,能增加其株高,增大叶片,而茎增粗稍逊。采用简单对比观察,泥炭复合培养基对“宫粉”开花有较好的影响。
