我公司成立质量管理机构和配备专职质管员已经十年了,职工的法制观念、质量意识、业务素质不断增强,质管规章制度、质量岗位责任制不断完善,质管基础工作逐步规范化。在加强质量管理,把好质量“三关”、减少商品变质损失、职工教育培训等方面取得了显著成绩,8年退换货挽回损失共计35.1万元,占八年总利润额59%,为企业增加经济效益作出了贡献,先后7年被评为省地医药商业系统质量管理先进单位。公司取得的成绩是各种因素的综合结果,其中加强质量
Our company has established a quality management organization and equipped with a full-time quality management staff for 10 years. The employees’ legal concept, quality awareness, and professional quality have been continuously enhanced. The quality control rules and regulations, quality post responsibility system have been continuously improved, and the quality management basic work has been gradually standardized. We have made remarkable achievements in strengthening quality management, putting quality into “three levels”, reducing product deterioration, and staff education and training. In 8 years, the exchanged goods recovered a total loss of 351,000 yuan, accounting for 59% of the total profits for 8 years.
