深化领导干部考核制度改革,创新干部考核办法,是新形势下推进干部人事制度改革的必然要求,也是加强各级领导班子和干部队伍建设的迫切需要。2004年以来,通州区以科学发展观和正确政绩观为指导,改进干部考核工作,在建立客观、公正、科学的领导干绩效考核评价制度方面进行了初步的探索和实践。
Deepening the reform of the examination system for leading cadres and innovating cadre assessment methods are the necessary requirements for promoting the reform of the cadre and personnel system under the new situation as well as the urgent need to strengthen the building of leading bodies and cadres at all levels. Since 2004, Tongzhou District has taken the concept of scientific development and a correct outlook on achievements as a guide to improve cadre examination and conduct preliminary exploration and practice in establishing an objective, fair and scientific leading performance appraisal system.
