运用总结经验法、文献资料法、实验研究法、个案研究法、观察研究法、比较研究法等,根据目前我校健美操普修课教学现状,针对我校健美操普修课教学模式进行改革探索,通过一学年的实际教学实验,初步形成一套适合我校学生特点,适宜我校实际情况,符合学生能力形成规律,适应职业教育改革和社会服务需求,同时也能迎合学生兴趣需求,还能显著提升课堂效果,解决传统教学模式遗留的课堂问题的全新教学模式,即运动学校健美操普修课二三二教学模式。此模式旨在进一步提高我校健美操普修课学生课堂学习的效果和教学质量。在此将此模式运行内涵进行诠释,为今后运动学校促进课堂教学模式的科学、全面发展提供有效措施。
Based on the current teaching situation of Aerobics general course in our university, this article aims to reform the general aerobics teaching model in our university by summarizing the experience, literature and data, experimental research, case study, observational research and comparative study. Explore through the actual teaching experiment of a school year, initially formed a set of characteristics suitable for our school students, suitable for our school, in line with the formation of law students ability to adapt to vocational education reform and social services needs, but also to meet student interest needs, but also The new teaching mode that can significantly improve classroom effect and solve the classroom problems left over by the traditional teaching mode is the 233rd teaching mode of Aerobics general course in sports schools. This model is designed to further enhance the effectiveness and quality of classroom learning in general aerobics classes in our school. Here, the connotation of this mode of operation is interpreted to provide effective measures for promoting the scientific and comprehensive development of classroom teaching modes in sports schools in the future.
