陶行知先生是一位伟大的人民教育家,他关于解放儿童创造力的思想对于目前我国的幼教改革有着重要的指导作用。陶行知指出:“儿童是新时代的创造者”,呼吁要“解放儿童的创造力”。他认为,“小孩子多少都有其创造的能力”,“我们发现了儿童有创造力,认识了儿童有创造力“,就必须进一步把儿童的创造力解放出来。怎样解放儿童的创造力呢?陶先生认为首先必须遵循两条原则,即尊重儿童人权及了解儿童的能力和需要。父母和教师“在情感方面和小孩站在一条战线上”,要“客观的根据他们的需要、能力以宣导他们的欲望而启发他们的活动”。这就是说,只有热爱儿童,理解和尊重儿童,才能启发和教育他们,培养他们自觉活
Mr. Tao Xingzhi is a great people educator. His idea of liberating children’s creativity plays an important guiding role in the current reform of preschool education in our country. Tao Xingzhi pointed out: “Children are the creators of a new era,” and called for “liberating children’s creativity.” He believes that “how many children have the ability to create”, “we found that children have creativity, children have creativity,” we must further children’s creativity to be liberated. How to liberate children’s creativity? Mr. Tao believes that the two principles must be followed first: respect for the human rights of children and understanding of children’s abilities and needs. Parents and teachers are “emotionally connected with children on a frontship,” and “objectively inspire their activities according to their needs and abilities to promote their desires.” That is to say, only children who love and understand and respect children can inspire and educate them and cultivate them consciously.
