20世纪70年代以来,世界经济迅猛发展,企业界日益意识到如果组织的管理体系不完善,就难以稳定的提高质量水平和始终提供满足顾客需求的产品。其后,人们发现单纯关注产品质量远远不够,企业持续发展取决于其与环境、社会的和谐发展,进而对人的生存质量日益关注。ISO9000族、ISO14000族、OH-SAS18000族标准相继应运而生。三大族标准分别从社会、员工的利益出发,建立了科学的企业管理规范。但三大体系颁布与应用时间不同,各体系成熟度不同,与其他管理体系欠协同,常常运行不便,影响其有效性。可否将三大体系进行整合,如何整合,成为了21世纪的管理趋势。
Since the 1970s, with the rapid economic development in the world, the business community is increasingly aware that if the organization’s management system is not perfect, it will be difficult to steadily raise the quality level and always provide products that meet the needs of customers. Since then, people have found that simply focusing on product quality is far from enough. The sustainable development of a company depends on its harmonious development with the environment and society, and thus attracts more and more attention to people’s quality of life. ISO9000 family, ISO14000 family, OH-SAS18000 family standards have come into being. Three ethnic standards from the community, the interests of employees, set up a scientific enterprise management practices. However, the promulgation and application time of the three major systems are different, and the maturity of the systems is different. Due to the lack of coordination with other management systems, they often run inconveniently and affect their effectiveness. Whether the three systems can be integrated, how to integrate, has become the 21st century management trends.
