本文采用有限元法及子结构技术,建立了某燃气轮机试验主设备工艺基架结构体系的力学模型,计算分析了各结构的静位移、静应力、固有特性、动态响应和动应力,并讨论了各主设备之间振动的相互影响。结果表明,工艺基架各结构有较好的静态和动态特性,其设计是合理的。本文得到的一些计算数据可供有关设计人员和试验人员参考。
In this paper, the finite element method and the substructure technology are used to establish the mechanics model of the main frame structure of gas turbine test equipment. The static displacement, static stress, inherent characteristics, dynamic response and dynamic stress of each structure are calculated and analyzed. The interaction between the main equipment vibration. The results show that the structure of the technology base have better static and dynamic properties, the design is reasonable. Some calculation data obtained in this paper can be used for reference by designers and experimenters.
