用MehlichⅢ浸提剂与Bray1、Olsen、1N NH_4OAc浸提液提取土壤有效P、K,进行对比测定。结果表明,MehlichⅢ—P在酸性、中性和碱性土壤上与Bray1—P差异达极显著水平,在酸性土壤的提取值最高,在中性土壤的提取值与Olsen—P接近,在碱性土壤上比Olsen—P为低,在中性和碱性土壤与Olsen—P差异达显著和极显著标准。MehlichⅢ—K与1N NH_4OAc—K提取值差异不大,相关性极好。MehlichⅢ法可以代替Bray1法,又比Olsen法实用性更大,可以用作综合浸提剂。
Mehlich III extractant and Bray1, Olsen, 1N NH 4 OA extracts of soil available P, K were measured. The results showed that MehlichⅢ-P had a significant difference with Bray1-P in acidic, neutral and alkaline soils, the highest value in acidic soils, the value in Olsen-P in neutral soils, The soil was lower than Olsen-P and the difference between Olsen-P and neutral and alkaline soils was significant and very significant. MehlichⅢ-K and 1N NH_4OAc-K extracted little difference, the correlation is excellent. Mehlich Ⅲ method can replace Bray1 method, but also more practical than the Olsen method, can be used as a comprehensive extractant.
