随着全球经济一体化的加快与深化,企业间的竞争日趋激烈,是否具有核心竞争力已成为企业在竞争中获胜的基本条件。因此,我国企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存、发展和壮大,必须构建、提升企业的核心竞争力,才能获得持续的竞争优势,从而掌握未来市场竞争的主动权。在比较系统地回顾核心竞争力理论的基础上,有针对性地提出构建和提升企业核心竞争力的对策,分别从创新、人才、企业文化三个方面提出具体的措施。
With the acceleration and deepening of global economic integration, the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer. Having the core competitiveness has become the basic condition for the enterprises to win in the competition. Therefore, in order to survive, develop and grow in the fierce market competition, Chinese enterprises must construct and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to gain a sustainable competitive advantage so as to grasp the initiative in future market competition. On the basis of reviewing the core competence theory systematically, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to construct and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and proposes concrete measures from three aspects of innovation, talent and enterprise culture respectively.
