通过分析外加磁场He-TIG焊接LD10CS铝合金的焊缝组织,发现外加磁场的磁感应强度B和磁场交变频率f 对接头晶粒细化效果的影响最大。磁感应强度B与磁场交变频率f 不能单独选择,必须恰当匹配,而且还必须与焊接规范参数相适应,才能保证获得最佳的晶粒细化。同时,本文在该试验条件下研究了该电磁搅拌方法对铝合金焊接接头强度的影响,以指导磁控电弧焊接生产。
By analyzing the weld microstructure of LD10CS aluminum alloy with He-TIG welding, it is found that the magnetic induction B and magnetic field alternating frequency f of the applied magnetic field have the greatest influence on the grain refinement effect of the joint. Magnetic induction B and magnetic field alternating frequency f can not be selected alone, must be properly matched, and must also be compatible with the welding specifications to ensure the best grain refinement. At the same time, this paper studied the influence of the electromagnetic stirring method on the strength of aluminum alloy welded joints under the experimental conditions to guide the production of magnetron arc welding.
