为有效解决实际生产中汽车前轮罩拉深成形困难、产品质量差的问题,采用变压边力控制技术对其拉深成形过程进行研究,得出U型变压边力加载模式为最适合该件成形的变压边力控制模式。借助人工神经网络和遗传算法对U型变压边力加载曲线进行优化,得到了最优压边力控制曲线。在该加载模式下,拉深件无起皱和拉裂缺陷,零件区域厚度分布均匀,整体成形质量较好,满足设计和使用要求。
In order to effectively solve the problem of difficult drawing and poor product quality of the front wheel cover in actual production, this paper studied the drawing process by the variable blank holder force control technology, and concluded that the U-shaped blank holder force loading mode is the most suitable The forming of the pressure side force control mode. By means of artificial neural network and genetic algorithm, the control curve of the optimal blank holder force is obtained. Under the loading mode, the drawing parts have no wrinkles and cracks, the thickness distribution of the parts is uniform, and the overall forming quality is good, which meets the requirements of design and use.
