对Ti-5Al-2.5Sn钛合金激光叠焊接头的超塑性变形行为进行研究,并利用3D-deform模拟分析变形前后的显微组织。模拟研究均表明:上板焊缝较下板焊缝马氏体分布更密集;叠焊焊缝为典型篮网组织;热影响区中针状马氏体含量较少,并且离熔合线越近,含量越多。Ti-5Al-2.5Sn钛合金激光叠焊板超塑性变形能力良好,接头承受变形能力强并且未与母材脱离,试样变形主要发生在母材,破坏也在母材。
The superplastic deformation behaviors of Ti-5Al-2.5Sn titanium laser welded joints were studied, and the microstructures before and after deformation were analyzed by 3D-deform simulation.
