全国多所院校响应国家教育部号召在新疆地区面向应届高中生招收全日制大学生并采用定向培养方案,毕业后新疆班优秀学生走向工作岗位将成为西部发展的重要保证。钢琴专业课是新疆班学前教育专业学生的三年主修课,采用集体课教学模式,大课教学该如何保证教学进度和质量,将成为本文探讨的重点。本文带着浓浓的师生情谊在教学实践中总结出了个人的教学体会,并在具体发挥集体课优势方面进行了具体的分析与研究,希望能为教学实践方面提供具有参考性的价值。
In response to the call from the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, many institutions across the country enrolled full-time college students in newly-graduated high school in Xinjiang and adopted targeted training programs. After graduating, the outstanding students in Xinjiang’s class will become important guarantees for the development of the western region. Piano professional class is a three-year majoring in pre-school education students in Xinjiang class, the use of collective teaching mode, teaching how to ensure the teaching schedule and quality, will become the focus of this article. In this paper, with a strong friendship between teachers and students in the teaching practice summed up the personal teaching experience, and give full play to the advantages of the collective class conducted a specific analysis and research, hoping to provide reference value for teaching practice.
