复杂产品系统动态能力组成及其变化规律一直是项目管理领域探讨的热点问题,但已有研究忽略了其随时间变化的动态特征。文章基于综合评价理论,建立复杂产品系统项目组织动态能力演化的系统动力学模型,揭示了关键管理要素影响动态能力发展的过程。本文的研究表明:通过技术控制力、组织控制力和客户感知力进行系统建模是对动态能力进行研究的可行方式;缩短项目团队的震荡阶段能够保证动态能力的平稳发展;在模块开发阶段控制投机行为对提高项目动态能力最有效。
The composition and variation of dynamic capabilities of complex product systems have always been a hot topic in the field of project management. However, some studies have neglected their dynamic characteristics over time. Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory, this paper establishes the system dynamics model of dynamic capability evolution of project organization of complex product system, and reveals the process that the key management factors affect the development of dynamic capability. The research in this paper shows that the system modeling through technical control, organizational control and customer perception is a feasible way to study the dynamic capability. Shortening the concussion phase of the project team can ensure the steady development of the dynamic capability. In the module development stage, Speculation is the most effective way to improve the dynamic performance of a project.
