随着英语教学改革的深入,行动研究被越来越多的专家和一线教师所重视。行动研究是提升教师专业素质、促进教师专业自我发展的重要途径。本文阐述了行动研究的内涵特征、教学实践以及对教师专业能力发展的意义。
With the deepening of English teaching reform, action research is valued by more and more experts and front-line teachers. Action research is an important way to enhance the professional quality of teachers and promote the self-development of teachers. This article elaborates the connotation characteristics of action research, teaching practice and its significance to the development of teachers’ professional competence.
