利用有限元方法研究了水润滑轴承的三维模态及其应力分布规律和谐响应结果,模态频率与实验结果基本一致。由水润滑轴承的物理模型建立其三维数值分析模型,并应用有限元工具求解,分析了外壳材料对特征频率的影响关系,并着重探讨了内外层材料结合对谐响应的影响规律,为降低试验成本以及材料设计和结构改进提供依据。
The finite element method is used to study the three-dimensional mode of water-lubricated bearing and its stress distribution and the harmonic response. The modal frequencies are in good agreement with the experimental results. The three-dimensional numerical analysis model of the water-lubricated bearing was established by using the physical model of the water-lubricated bearing. The influence of the shell material on the characteristic frequency was analyzed by finite element analysis. The influence of the combination of the inner and outer layers on the harmonic response was discussed emphatically. Cost and material design and structural improvement to provide the basis.
