我院共治疗尖锐湿疣40例病人,男12例,女28例,年龄20～52岁。病变多发生在外生殖器、肛门周围、外阴及阴道壁,初为淡红色丘疹,逐渐增大增多,倾向融合。自觉搔痒,易继发细菌感染,少数可恶变。病理可见角化不全,棘细胞层高度肥厚,呈乳头瘤样增生,粒层和棘层上部细胞有明显的空泡形成,真皮内血管扩张,少量炎性细胞浸润。将40例病人随机分为两组,即激光组和综合治疗组(激光治疗加中药治疗),每组各20例。激光器选择CO_2或Nd:YAG激光,治疗时用20W左右即
40 cases of genital warts treated in our hospital, 12 males and 28 females, aged 20 to 52 years.
