邮政转型对人才工作的新要求中国邮政集团公司作为网点遍布全国城乡的网络型企业,拥有80多万从业人员,既承担着国家赋予的普遍服务义务,又肩负着经营发展重任。近年来,按照中央深化邮政体制改革的部署,中国邮政完成了政企分开、分业经营,在加快邮政业务发展的同时,相继成立了邮储银行、速递物流股份公司等,邮政的管理体制、经营模式和业务结构都发生了重大变化,对邮政人才工作特别是人才队伍建设提出了新的更高要求。
