目的建立用HPLC法测定乐脉颗粒中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法用十八烷基键合硅胶为固定相Shim-pack VP-ODS柱,以乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10:30:1:59)为流动相,检测波长为286nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.16~1.6μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9999)。回收率为100.17%(RSD=1.86%,n=6)。结论本方法简便,结果准确。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Lemai Granules. The method used octadecyl bonding silica gel as the stationary phase Shim-pack VP-ODS column with acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water (10:30:1:59) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. As a result, the linearity of salvianolic acid B was good in the range of 0.16 to 1.6 μg (r=0.9999). The recovery was 100.17% (RSD=1.86%, n=6). Conclusion This method is simple and accurate.
