为了识别制造企业提升物流能力的有效组织学习方式,本文应用企业资源基础理论和组织学习理论,采用案例分析的研究方法,选取国内某著名大型钢铁企业的物料供应中心为案例研究对象,总结出了制造企业物流能力提升的三个关键组织学习方式。案例研究结果表明,制造企业成功实施系统思考、创新试验以及组织记忆这三种方式的组织学习活动,可以有效帮助企业提升物流能力,提高物流资源的利用效率和效果,从而显著改善组织物流绩效。
In order to identify the effective organizational learning methods for manufacturing enterprises to improve their logistics capabilities, this paper applies the basic theory of enterprise resources and organizational learning theory, using the case study method to select the material supply center of a famous large steel enterprise in China as a case study, Three key organizational learning methods for manufacturing logistics capabilities. The results of case studies show that the successful implementation of organizational learning by manufacturing enterprises in three ways: systematic thinking, innovative experiment and organizational memory can effectively help enterprises improve their logistics capabilities and improve the utilization efficiency and effectiveness of logistics resources, thereby significantly improving organizational logistics performance.
