以凿岩机、钎杆、钎头及岩石作为一个整体系统进行了细致的研究。在对凿岩系统参数匹配进行研究时,首次从理论上提出了不应将凿岩机单独作为一个研究对象。将CAD计算机辅助设计技术和仿真技术相结合,并同时运用一机多能和柔性设计思想,对整个系统进行了综合优化,即实现了凿岩机有效热效率和凿入效率指标的优化,得到了系统的最佳匹配参数,并用试验优化方法对系统进行实验,找到的最优匹配参数与计算结果完全一致。此研究结果对指导生产厂家制造和用户正确使用气动凿岩机有着实用意义。
Drilling rig, drill rod, bit and rock as a whole system conducted a detailed study. In the study of the parameter matching of rock drilling system, for the first time, it is proposed theoretically that rock drill should not be used as a research object alone. The combination of CAD CAD technology and simulation technology and the simultaneous optimization of the whole system by using one machine multi-energy and flexible design idea at the same time have realized the optimization of effective thermal efficiency and drilling efficiency index of drilling rig, The best matching parameters, and experiment optimization method for the system experiments, find the optimal matching parameters and calculation results are exactly the same. The results of this research have practical significance to guide the manufacturer to manufacture and use the pneumatic rock drill correctly.
