事业单位的转企改制工作具有明显的复杂性与艰巨性,关系着改革、发展与稳定的全局,作为事业单位的工会组织一定要正确把握本单位转企改制中存在的主要问题,在改革中发挥自己应有的作用。工会是职工利益的维护者与代表者,工会组织必须在推动转企改制过程中履行职责,使职工的合法权益受到维护。
