报道用一块砷化镓基片兼作激光腔镜、光导开关和储能电容,制作千伏级纳秒脉冲发生器的实验结果。对所介绍的三功能元件的光学和电子学性能以及三种功能之间的相互影响进行了讨论。
Reported the use of a gallium arsenide substrate as a laser cavity mirror, photoconductive switch and storage capacitor, the production of kilovolt-level nanosecond pulse generator experimental results. The optical and electronic properties of the three functional elements described and the interaction between the three functions are discussed.
