近10多年来我科手术治疗的40例胰头癌患者中，行胰十二指肠切除术ZI例（15％）。其中行胰十二指肠切除加胆囊引流术（A式）5例；胰十二指肠切除加双T型管引流术（B式）6例；B式加经胰十二指肠下静脉插管至肠系膜上静脉化疗（C式）周例。结果：行A式手术发生胰瘘2例，胆瘘1例，
Among the 40 cases of pancreatic head cancer treated by surgery in our department in the past 10 years, ZI cases (15%) were undergone pancreatoduodenectomy. Including pancreatoduodenectomy plus gallbladder drainage (A type) in 5 cases; pancreatoduodenectomy plus double T tube drainage (B type) in 6 cases; B plus pancreatic duodenal vein Intubation to the superior mesenteric vein chemotherapy (type C) weekly. Results: Two cases of pancreatic fistula and one case of biliary fistula were performed in A-type operation.
