Behavioral science is a major branch of Western management theory. Its emergence, to a large extent, makes up for the shortcomings that early management thought did not attach importance to the role of human beings. It can be regarded as an epoch-making change in the development of western management thoughts. Recent developments in behavioral science have focused on four areas, one of which is the issue of leadership in enterprises that have traditionally been of interest to entrepreneurs. Management theory of squares is one of the most influential theories in this field. In 1964, R.R. Black and J. Mutton, of the University of Texas in the United States, in their book The Management Square, first used a grid chart to show the different ways of leadership, Become the founder of this theory. The book was revised and reprinted in 1978, renamed the “new management grid.”
