利用Dynaform软件对某汽车铝合金板件进行了冲压成形数值模拟分析,通过设置压边圈、拉延筋的方式有效地减少了起皱和破裂的发生。模拟结果与试验结果对比后发现两者相吻合,验证了数值模拟的准确性。这能为此类铝合金板的冲压成形提供理论指导。
Dynaform software was used to make a numerical simulation analysis on the stamping of a car aluminum alloy plate. By setting the bead ring and drawbead, the wrinkle and rupture were effectively reduced. The simulation results and the experimental results show that the two are in agreement, which verifies the accuracy of the numerical simulation. This can provide theoretical guidance for the stamping of such aluminum plate.
