吹吸式通风装置是利用吹吸气流的联合作用控制与排除污染物的一种通风方法。它具有工作稳定可靠、不影响工艺操作、有效保持工作区的环境清洁、排风量小、节能等优点。在酸洗、电镀、铸件落砂、通风柜等行业与设备上,日、美等国得到较广泛应用,国内已有不少部门正在研究与推广使用。吹吸式通风系统的工作效果取决于吹风气流、吸气气流以及横向(或上升)气流三股气流的联合作用。因此,在设计计算中,必须同时考虑三者的相互影响,以及吹排风口的布置及几何尺寸的影响。
