常州供电公司贯彻落实江苏省电力公司加强工程造价管理的相关规定,努力构建电网建设项目全过程造价控制标准体系,以“三化(标准化、规范化、专业化)联动建设”为统领,“加强四大环节(初设、招标、过程、结算)”为措施,全面实现了造价“做足事前准备、做优事中控制、做好事后闭环”管理,切实提升了造价精益化管理水平。
